When your ecofarm box arrives, please open the box immediately and inspect the produce for any damage or defects.

If you think a produce in your box is damaged or defective, please report to us immediately. To help us handle the complaint, please report the complaint with your account name and number, and most importantly the pictures of the items that you’re not satisfactory with. As we are dealing with perishable produce, all complaints must be reported to us on the same day of delivery for negotiation. We shall make a replacement or refund if the complaint is valid. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY CLAIMS DEEM UNACCEPTABLE.
